Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Recipendent app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Muhammed Avci (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Recipendent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Recipendent is a team management application that enables companies to:

• Manage orders and tasks with priority tracking
• Store and organize recipes
• Collaborate with team members (Admin, Co-Admin, Employee roles)
• Customize company branding (logo, colors)
• Use biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) for secure actions

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

4. User Accounts and Data

Account Types:

• Admin: Full access to company account, can invite/remove team members
• Co-Admin: Configurable permissions set by Admin
• Employee: Limited access to assigned tasks and recipes

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Ensure invited team members have authorization to access company data
• Admins are responsible for all activities within their company account
• Do not share your account with unauthorized individuals

Data Ownership:

• Company Admins own all company data (orders, recipes, team information)
• Upon account deletion, all company data will be deleted within 30 days
• The Service Provider does not claim ownership of your content

5. Third-Party Services

The Application uses Supabase for backend services (database, authentication, file storage). By using the Application, you also agree to Supabase's terms of service and privacy policy. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

6. Data Security and Privacy

• The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver the Service
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely
• Company data is isolated via Row Level Security (multi-tenant architecture)
• Biometric Data: Face ID/Touch ID authentication is processed locally on your device and never transmitted to servers

8. Future Pricing (After Beta)

After the Beta phase ends, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge for the Application or its services. Any future charges will be clearly communicated with at least 30 days notice. Example pricing tiers include:

• Starter: Limited team size and storage
• Professional: Expanded features and team capacity
• Enterprise: Custom solutions with dedicated support

Note: These pricing tiers are examples only and subject to change. No payment is currently required or accepted.

9. Internet Connection and Network Charges

The Application requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) for most features. You are responsible for any data charges from your mobile network provider, including roaming charges if used outside your home territory.

10. User-Generated Content

Content You Create:

• Orders, tasks, recipes, notes, and images uploaded to the Application
• You retain ownership of your content
• By using the Application, you grant the Service Provider a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service

Content Guidelines:

• Do not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Do not upload malicious code or viruses
• The Service Provider reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Application
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Application to harass, defame, or harm others
• Scrape or extract data from the Application using automated tools
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

12. Service Availability and Updates

The Service Provider may update the Application to improve functionality, security, or compatibility. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Application is currently available for iOS devices. The Service Provider may extend availability to other platforms at their discretion.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time with reasonable notice.

13. Termination

By You:

You may stop using the Application at any time. To delete your account and data, contact [email protected]

By Service Provider:

The Service Provider may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Application ends
• You must cease using and delete the Application from your device
• Company data will be deleted within 30 days

14. Limitation of Liability

To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law:

• The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• The Service Provider is not liable for data loss (please maintain backups)
• The Service Provider is not liable for business losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities
• The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. You are advised to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Significant changes will be communicated via:

• In-app notification
• Email to registered users
• Update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
